Please, be honest

When feedback becomes a tool for growth

It is a kind of professional exchange that is always human as well: one that sets aside suspicion and strengthens a sense of belonging to a shared way of working. Of course, personalities and ideologies exist beyond this essential concept. Trust does not mean blind acceptance; it means recognising that you share an approach, a vision, and a set of values.

And this is precisely where a crucial topic comes into play: feedback. Trust also means knowing that you can engage in open, transparent, and honest dialogue — grounded in exchange that looks ahead, for both sides.

It is an exercise in analysis.

Above all, it is an act of return — something only genuine feedback can provide.

We truly value it, and find it incredibly useful, when a client — or any interlocutor — clearly shares what worked, what did not, what they appreciated, and what they would like to improve.

Not compliments, but objective recognition.

Not criticism, but constructive analysis.

From our perspective, it should be a standard practice: at the end of a project, or throughout its course, there should always be open and transparent conversation.

It helps in countless ways — it helps us improve, adjust, acknowledge, appreciate, and reflect. Ultimately, it helps us move forward with a little more awareness.

And when the words come from a professional partner with whom a genuine relationship has been built, feedback can only be sincere.

The same applies to feedback from the media: sometimes we are told that something works extremely well, and at other times that something needs to be rethought or corrected.

We like it.

Do it. It is a valuable voice for us
